We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you aren’t we are happy to exchange or refund these items within 28 days of receipt. Simply e-mail us and send it back to us with your unused, unworn, and unwashed items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Postage for items sent back is paid by you. Refunds on original order amounts can take up to two working weeks to process through PayPal or Bank Account. If you want an exchange, be sure to include that filled-out return slip.

Please leave a note of your name and order number included in the package being returned. All return shipments should be sent via a trackable method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once we receive your item and it has been processed, we’ll get the replacement out to you (postage paid by you). For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. Customers must get proof of posting when returning product to us.

Clearance or Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
